We ship UPS. Due to the size and weight of most of these products, we do not recommend Air Shipping as it is usually cost prohibitive. We recommend patience and taking it easy on the pocket book. We've learned (as some of you have) that rushing to complete a job usually results in mistakes. Sit back, relax, and enjoy? We do not ship US Mail, except to APO addresses ($7/box additional handling charge), subject to size limitations. Two reasons: We have found it difficult to track packages through the mail and it requires us taking the product to town to the Post Office.

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, will be Air by UPS, but we can ship ground by FedEx. It will be a little less expensive, but take about a 7 - 10 days.

Some systems are shipped in boxes which are oversized. This is generally not a problem, but very expensive with air shipments. This gets us into "dimensional weight" which means that even though the box may weigh only say 46 lbs, it has to be shipped at the 70 lb rate or something like that.

As always, we request that you check your order thoroughly upon arrival, both for damage and for missing items. If either occurs, please call us within 3 days of receiving your shipment.

Generally, to ship most systems with mufflers to the Northeast and down around Illinois, Missouri, Arkansas and down to Louisiana will be about $45 by ground. If your closer to us, then somewhat less and if your farther away, then more, of course.

The Dynomax mufflers have a lifetime warranty through Walker Mfg.
